14-DAY RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Vitta Derm™, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy.
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at support@vittaderm.com with your order number and the email address used to place your order.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send products to any address without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@vittaderm.com.
Please include your order number and, when applicable, clear photos of the product and packaging so our team can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a standard return, the product should be returned in its original packaging whenever reasonably possible.
Because Vitta Derm™ sells personal skincare products, we may be unable to accept certain returned products when required for health, hygiene, or safety reasons.
However, this does not affect eligible claims under our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee or your rights regarding products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please contact us before returning any product so our support team can review your request and provide the appropriate instructions.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
• Gift cards
• Digital products once delivered or accessed, except where otherwise required by applicable law
• Products that cannot be returned for health, hygiene, or safety reasons, except where covered by our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee or applicable law

BONUS ITEMS & FREE GIFTS
Promotional gifts, complimentary products, and digital bonuses included with an order are part of the promotional offer and generally do not have a separate cash value.
Eligibility for refunds involving promotional bundles will be determined according to the terms of the applicable offer and this Return & Refund Policy.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vittaderm.com.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or modified after it has entered processing or has been shipped.
EUROPEAN UNION – 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union and applicable law grants you a right of withdrawal, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Any statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal, including exceptions that may apply to certain sealed goods for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, remain applicable.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at support@vittaderm.com.
