The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vitta Derm™, a brand operated by KSS Global Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

Vitta Derm™ operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).

Vitta Derm™ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Shopify's names, logos, products, and service names are trademarks of Shopify.

All other trademarks appearing through the Services are the property of their respective owners.

Vitta Derm™ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Vitta Derm™, operated by KSS Global Solutions LLC.

Shopify provides the ecommerce technology used to operate portions of the Services but is not the seller of Vitta Derm™ products.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for sales transactions between you and Vitta Derm™, including injury, damage, or loss arising from products purchased from us.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VITTA DERM™, KSS GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LLC, AND OUR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

THIS MAY INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vitta Derm™, KSS Global Solutions LLC, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

(a) your material breach of these Terms;

(b) your violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party; or

(c) your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services.

We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim where practicable.

You agree to reasonably cooperate in the defense of such claims.
